Carybdea rastoni stings but is not very paindul unless the sting is to sensitive areas. Its sting is not fatal.

A agree Class Sycphozoa but can't get closer than that. The circle of raised lumps look a bit like the top of the arms of the estuarine white-spotted jelly, Phyllorhiza punctata
