I can't identify your grub to species level, but will confirm it as a Lucanidae. It may be that one of our insect experts is able to identify it in more detail later on.

It's a Stag Beetle larva. Stag Beetles belong to the beetle family Lucanidae. This family includes some truly spectacular beetles, including gold and green ones. Even the brown ones are interesting, with the enlarged mandibles that look a bit like deer antlers earn them their common name of 'stag beetle'.

Stunning insect! The long mandibles suggest Lamprima latreillii. The other candidate in this region is Lamprima aurata .... both species show a wide range of colours, including green.
