C. baldersoni appears to be the only species of Chlorodectes found on the eastern ranges and south coast of NSW according to Rentz & Su. The late John Balderson was a research office in Orthoptera at ANIC for many years amd worked under Ken Key and Dave Rentz.
I think I saw around four of the small nymphs jumping in the area. This one posed nicely for me, so I could get photos of it. The resolution wasn't great because it was so small.
