it can be tough separating M. lophatum from M. pedunculatum and its even tougher when no fruits, flowers etc. it doesn't leave much to go on.
But, I agree with M. lophatum. tips are erect but low; and some leaves look a bit flattened. .

Searching hard I spotted two open flowers in the bottom right corner of the here first photograph,

Probably Crassula helmsii, judging by connate leaves, and lef shape: though unusual for it not to be in flower: possibly too shadey ?
