This looks like Calomela moorei but has orange head and pronotum and straight lined serial puncturation, whereas Calomela has confused, random puncturation. This is closest to Callidemum sp.

I think it's a Digitaria, not sure beyond that. Images are excellent as always though so shouldn't be much of an issue to ID to species level when I have some extra time
