It is not Plectranthus. In Plectranthus, the upper lip of the flower is 3-4 lobed, and the calyx at the base of the flower is 2- lipped. Without a lot more informattion, including good photos of a flower from the front and side, leaves, and the whole plant; and measurements of plant height, flower length, and leaf length, I cannot start IDing it.
Actually, comparing it with my shots of Plectranthus parviflorus, I think it is this, but Betty's right, we definitely need better photos if you are going to be submitting plant sightings Kerry. Some foliage is essential, and as she says, more shots from different angles. Of course if you are using the phone app this might be awkward, if it wants to make every photo a new sighting? And if the shots are out of focus, I wouldn't bother submitting them (like the casuarina the other day).
