The photo is not clear enough to see whether it has 'eyes' or not, and other details at the top of the beard between the wings. I am inclined to leave it as Calochilus sp.
The taper on the beard makes it look more like robertsonii to me. It and paludosus are the two common ones I'm aware of round here, so of the two I'd think it is the former. Might leave it a bit and see if David Jones wants to weigh in.
