I've identified this as Badumna insignis based on body and leg shape, as well as the stance. Perhaps the most definitive feature though is the web. There is a chance it may be the very similar species Badumna longinqua, but the black body colour speaks against that.

I think this is a Lampona as Michael suggested. The colour, shiny surface and lack of banding of the front 2 pairs of legs is like Lampona and unlike Badumna. The abdomen does not have the grey markings of Badumna, and the sheet-like web is also not typical of that genus.
