OK Leo, I'd have to agree it has more the build of a sea-eagle and the dark tail band is wide like that of an immature sea-eagle. I'll leave the dodgy ones alone in future!

I've added a second photo of what, by markings, appears to be the same bird. The second photo was taken at Panboola on August 13 near Pambila River.

The location near the river plus the more obvious wedge shaped tail in the second photo make the sea-eagle ID pretty definite.
