The hint of streakiness on the throat makes me think this is just a common old Brown Thornbill, since Large-billed Scrubbies have a plain breast and a hint of lemon on the flanks. But I'll leave it to Robyn or Leo, since I don't have a good track record with the trickier IDs.

Most likely a Brown Thornbill, but not enough detail for me to exclude other thornbills (such as Striated Thornbill).
