Close, but no cigar. The daisy bushes in the genera Cassinia and Ozothamnus are quite similar in general appearance to Astrotricha sp. 'Wallagaraugh', but the dense cauliflower-like head of tiny flowers gives it away as being a daisy bush. There are a lot of similar looking species in the area. This one should be sticky to the touch if you press the leaves, which Astrotricha isn't. Plus the daisy bushes all have a smell if you crush the leaves, some pleasant, some not. As far as I know the Astrotricha doesn't smell (though I have never checked).
