I believe this is actually a crane fly Ross. Family Tipulidae. They are incredibly similar to the Scorpion Flies, but a different order altogether. (Aren't insects amazing!). I'm basing my ID on the extremely long legs, and one pair of wings only (therefore a Dipteran).
