At first I thought this might be a spinebill but the patterning and what appears to be a shorter beak changed my mind when I looked at the photos.

The breast colour is a bit in-betweenish, but the large amount of black on the head and upper breast make it a golden, not a rufous whistler. Also, rufous whistlers are seasonal migrants and I'd think they might be gone by now, while goldens are resident year-round.
