Hi Charles, ...we would like to have more distinctive pics of vegetation with a few of your recent ones. Also size of flower can be a factor. e,g. Various species of Scaevola flowers often look similar but for their size. We have 3 or 4 diff Scaevola species in the same area.

Looks most like Scaevola ramosissima, but I can not see the leaves.
Scaevola calendulacea is quite different and grows on beaches.

Yes...I agree most likely S ramosissima.
S. calendulacea has smaller, bluer flowers, wider, more fleshy leaves and grows on edges of sand dunes and lagoons. Sometimes cliff faces.

This one is Scaevola ramosissima Charles. I have not seen S. calendulacea at Rennies Beach below SPHR, although I have seen it at Pot Holes Beach near Dolphin Point and at Lake Conjola
