This is not Eulamprus quoyii but rather a Delicate Skink (Lampropholis delicata).
Apart from general morphology, including a more delicate build than the more sizeable and robust E. quoyii, there is no pale, yellow, anterior dorsolateral stripe and no ring of tiny white scales around the eye. This latter feature is also present in a few other skink genera like Egernia and Liopholis but these genera are even more robust.
