Not even Leptomyrmex, I think. Found a key to that genus: http://www.antwiki.org/wiki/Key_to_Australian_Leptomyrmex_Species and it shows them all having quite an elongated slender thorax, whereas this thing almost looks like the head and thorax are all one unit. But beyond that, I'm stumped.
