Definitely Epacris. I am not sure of the species, though from what I can see of the leaves, I don’t think it is obtusifolia.

I compared it with my Epacris photos and it does look more like obtusifolia than any of the others. Impressa has the flowers more drooping and in paludosa they are more concentrated at the top of the stems. Plus I know obtusifolia to be present at that location, just where the track starts to drop down off Table Ridge - bit of a seepage area.
