User's notes

Not great photos - sorry. These are tiny birds that skip along the paddock as I walk around. They dart around in front of the car as I drive across the fields. They have olive green head and back with a blue/grey shoulder. Maybe a Silvereye?

Yep, and the faint chestnut wash on the flanks indicate that they are the Tasmanian race, who migrate up here over winter, while all ours head further north.

How great! We have lots here at the moment skimming around the paddocks! Amazing that these tiny birds can do the Bass Strait! Wonderful.

Yeah, likewise at Brogo. I usually see them in trees or shrubs, but we seem to be getting a lot on the ground at the moment too, pretending to be scrub-wrens.
