Hi guys - the fourth photo in this submission is actually of an immature Blue Skimmer and should be separated out to it' sown record.

I think you're right Chris. My approach in such situations is not to confirm initially, but to post a comment to the submitter asking for the sightings to be split. Then confirm each record separately.
