There seems to be a lot of action going on with this species at the moment. We've seen several batches of larvae and pupae on our place (we have lots of young wattles), but no adults yet.
One very stripped looking branch. Any idea why they cluster at the top of the stem like this Suzi? I would have thought it would make them vulnerable to predation, but maybe the ants continue to defend them as pupae too? Jackie
