Yes this is a 'bolete' belonging to the genus Boletellus which is a rather robust looking fungus with a relatively small cap in comparison with the size of its stem (stipe). There are a number of different species which are often difficult to tell apart in a photo. This is most probably B. dissiliens or B. deceptivus. Lovely photo
