The only Bird orchids I know of are in WA. Most likely Eriochilus sp as the rim is just showing a purple rim from beneath, probably E. petricola. (Named after the drink!)
Sorry Aaron, I'm familiar with them being called Wasp orchids but I can see from David Jones he calls them Bird (and Ant). The Chiloglottis sp all tend to have longer and crinklier edged leaves.
