Hi Patricia, Actually your first photo is perfect for showing the post-nasal ridge with a Y shaped central groove typical of this species, assuming I'm interpreting those words in our mammals field guide correctly. But I certainly think I can see a Y shaped groove there, which I've struggled to detect on any of our photos of long-eared bats taken face-on. They do seem to come into houses, letterboxes etc more often than any other species in our experience. Maybe you could do a closer crop of that photo and put that up on this sighting too?
