Not E. botryoides

I suspect a E. tereticornis hybrid - note elongated operculum. A photo of fruit would be good.

The bark photo needs to be a bit closer to see any detail. I notice E. resinifera has elongated operculum on the buds too, and is probably more likely on distribution than red gum (tereticornis). The foliage looks a bit too thick and glossy for tereticornis too. How are we coming on a fruits photo?
