Hi Matthew, I've been agonizing over olive whistler ID for the last day or so and (now) think this must be an immature golden whistler with it's darker grey above, rufous in the wings and plain pale throat with plain lighter grey breast and flanks. My guide books would lead me to believe that an olive whistler would be olive brown above with a mottled white throat, grey breast band grading into yellow-brown lower breast and flanks.
