Most likely it is this species because the leaf upper surface looks a bit glossy, unlike the very similar Solanum pungetium, which is covered with dense short hairs and is velvety on the upper surface. However, I'd want a better close-up of the leaf upper surface to be sure. If you wrap a leaf over your finger and photograph it side on, and as close as you can and still be in focus, that is a good way to show hairiness or otherwise.
