Bindyi and Tribulus are two different things, both exotic, and this is neither. Cotula australis is a common native post-disturbance coloniser. It can look very similar to bindyi, but the elongated stems and flower heads on long stems indicate it is Cotula. Bindyi (Soliva sessilis) always remains a single compact rosette, with the nasty spiny seeds on very short stems in the centre.
