A single Pale Triangle was visiting a flowering Buddleia shrub (Butterfly Bush) at the same time as a small number of Macleay's Swallowtails in a garden at Dr George Mountain. Looking up some references I have, this butterfly species appears to be well south of it's normal range of distribution.
Braby is one of my references, making butterfly ID easy. I suspect climate change will push the range of many other butterfly sp. further south. I was very surprised to see this Pale Triangle here, as the only other place I have seen and photographed one was in Kakadu NP!
