When taking photos of fungi it is important, if possible, to take one of the gills to help with identification. Unfortunately with your images there is not enough detail for me to give you a positive identification - sorry! I initially thought your sighting might be of tubaria rufofulva. However on closer inspection of images two and three I'm more inclined towards a species of Hygrocybe, which I'll suggest. If you happen to have an image of the gills I will be able to confirm this.
