User's notes

The elusive brown (or esturary) ray swimming alone in the back lake. This animal swam in really shallow (30-40cm deep maybe), and just lay on the sand. I'm pretty sure he was there for a photo shoot as i was able to get close enough to get some close pictures and it just lay there.

A good sighting as these are not often seen. It can be distinguished by its long, fine tail
