Probably W. communis, or capillaris I think it is now called, but I'd need a better photo than that to be sure of it! A side-on shot of the flower to see the relative length of the tube and the flared part of the petals is needed for these guys and the lower leaves are also handy (opposite or alternate, hairy or not).
