The large juvenile leaves are distinctive for E.fibrosa subsp. fibrosa. Looking on PlantNet and EUCLID the juvenile leaves are ovate to orbicular (or sometimes deltoid) and are 8-20cm long and 4.5cm to 14cm wide. So that would fit with @LisaH 's comment.
