Better than your red gum sighting, but still not good enough for ID. From the bark it is obviously a stringybark, and most likely white stringy (E. globoidea) based on the location, but there are a couple of other possibilities (muelleriana, eugenioides). Oddly photos of euc flowers are seldom helpful - they all look much the same! Buds or fruits ("gumnuts") are much better. And again, juvenile foliage on a sapling or seedling if there were any about would have nailed it.
