Supposedly, the leaves of V.hederacea are softly hairy while those of banksii are glabrous but i can't see the leaves in enough detail to tell, V.hederacea also has a "notch" in the lowermost petal (which this has) and typically grows in forests rather than headlands, so i'm happy to call this hederacea.
