The details in the photo are not very clear, but there is a sedge with a rounded head (? Chorizandra sphaerocephala or Ficinia nodosa) and another species with a linear inflorescence, which could be Machaerina juncea (if not that, then it is likely to be a Restionaceae). More photos with closeups of the inflorescences and leaf sheaths would confirm the IDs
