It looks to be a Peron's Tree Frog. The criss-cross pupils are a distinctive feature, as well as tiny emerald green specks on the back. Look for these in order to help confirm species. These frogs can change colour to pale, beige coloured tones like this during the day. To help care for your frogs and tadpoles, keep the water clean and avoid using chemicals nearby. Be careful not to get any plant fertilizer in the water if you have fish or tadpoles. The addition of aquatic plants in and around the edges of the pond provides shelter. Research frog friendly plant species.
