Most southerly record for this species according to ALA, with the nearest record from near Termeil.

The closest species I can find that looks like this butterfly is Catopyrops florinda halys - but that's why I'm not a moderator!

Hi @LisaH this is an incredible record! This is a Short-tailed Line-blue (Prosotas felderi)!! Interesting there is another record of this species from the Bengello Forest reserve a month after your sighting.
@MichaelBedingfield I tried to add this as a new species but it wouldn't let me - can you please add it? It belongs to the Lycaenidae family. Thanks!

Hi Suzi. The species was present, but was on the global list not the local.
