A stringybark species, note hispid young leaves.
In that location, probably Eucalyptus eugenioides.

That's good news. Yes, it is near a E. eugenoides. It wasn't E. amplifolia or E. tereticornis so I was wondering. I don't have many stringybarks so it's nice to have another one. Maybe I'll cage it so the wallabies don't eat it.
