One app thinks this is the Gloeophyllaceae family of wood decay fungus. That makes sense to me but it’s not in the NatureMapr database so I can’t suggest it.
As that family covers 4 genera I'll wait till admin advise re adding to the list. Your images do not show clearly the 'gills or folds' which would give us greater clarity, on exactly where to place this; hope you understand.
