This may well be the exotic hybrid taxon; need photos of stems and leaves, especially as it is in a garden setting.

eg. do the flowers come out at first yellow then fade to white or do the flowers come out much more white – cream than fully yellow?
and
do the keels of the leaves and the longer sepals have fine teeth or smooth? :

Often considered to be within Kalanchoe, so your suggestion is a good one. @michaelb could I get you to put this in Cacti & Succulents please? I don't think I can do that even with my global mod coverage?
