I believe I can see the spots above the eyes to indicate Common Bluetail.

Sorry, Don @donhe - this one isn't a damselfly, so I've "undone' your suggestion. Agree wih Yumi - it looks more like a Leptogastrine (although not like any I'm familiar with) robber fly.
