Although ALCW has only one subspecies of Pimelea linifolia listed, there are two other possibilities. Subsp. caesia has leaves that are bluish with a waxy bloom, and usually has flower heads with less than 20 flowers. Subsp. collina, less likely has leaves with a definite vein just inside the margin, and flowers with shiny hairs.
Based on the coastal location I'm happy to call it ssp linifolia, but in future some leaves in the shot would be nice. You'd be amazed how few plants can be identified from the flower alone!
