This is the first time I've seen this goose barnacle at Tathra. I think it is Lepas fascicularis, Blue-stalked Goose Barnacle. It was washed in with lots of bluebottles. It's interesting to note the smaller goose barnacles attached to it, possibly Lepas pectinata, Ram's Horn Goose Barnacle
