They look a bit like what the French call Chantrelles, but more orange. I would be scared to eat any fungi here, although in Europe I knew about 20 varieties that were good gathered from the woods. Great photos.
Yes they are a Chanterelle like fungi; note their decurrent gills which are the same colour as the cap and the fact that they are showing signs of being hygrophanous, all typical of that species. As for eating them, I only recommend eating fungi that you purchase from either the supermarket or green grocers.
