Wow ... this is very nice. I wondered at the bright green colour, as the one I've observed previously had a very brown pupa. And I've just read that the pupa of this species can be EITHER "green with yellowish highlights or brown, the colour matching the background" (Orr & Kitchen, The Butterflies of Australia. 2010). Yours is clearly 'camouflaged' against the blue cloth :)
I'm sure it is. This is the classic hanging stance that the pupa uses ... suspended by the two threads. The caterpillar-pupa-butterfly we monitored (in 2016) pupated on 6th April and eclosed on 1st May. Yours might develop faster, as they may well be temperature-dependent. Keep an eye on it :)
