Hi Aaron, could be bowerbird upchuck with skin of blueberry ash (Elaeocarpus reticulatus) fruits or some other blue-fruited rainforest species perhaps. Fairly common for fruit eating birds such as bowerbirds and currawongs to discard the undigestable bits by vomiting them up. They do it in our bird bath occasionally. I imagine it is how most bird dispersed seed gets spread around.
