It would be the same bird (juvenile) I have been seeing along the coast. Wondering how much further north I might see it.

Tail not very wedge-shaped Ross. I think you might have a whistling kite there.

I see what you mean. The tail is different in shape to other photos I've taken. Comparing the feather patern to the whistling kite on this site, it seems to be a match also.
