It could be the other bryophyllum species, I'm not sure which. It is being controlled by Bawley Bushcare and SCC.

Yep. For you novices at this game, if you right click on the photo and open in new tab, you can then zoom in for a bit more detail (if the photo has it). I did this and could make out the narrow cylindrical leaves of delagoense.
