Looks a lot like European Chafer, Amphimallon majale

This does look like a chafer (subfamily Melolonthinae), as it does appear to have equal tarsal claws and the head and pronotum are clearly lacking horns and other protrusions. But to be sure, you'd need to know whether there is only one pair of abdominal spiracles visible beneath the elytra, whether the mandibles are concealed from above and whether it has an externally visible, sclerotised labrum. A detailed image of the antennae would be needed to go beyond Melolonthinae.
