Image 2 appears to show another stem directly in front of the Pimelea flower head. I think I can just see the narrow stem of the Pimelea going towards five o’clock. I suggest you remove image 2.
Sorry. I did not look at the photo closely enough to notice that it was all the same plant. The fact that the stem is mostly hairless is important if one is using a key to ID. More important are number, colour, and hair details of the bracts surrounding the bases of the flower heads.
